Responsibilities
- Administering chemotherapy and biotherapy following department-specific credentials, including ONCC and APHON certifications.
- Ensuring compliance with certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring before or within designated timeframes.
- Delivering specialized nursing care in areas like ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, and Pediatric units.
- Maintaining necessary credentials and certifications pertinent to the clinical setting and patient population.
- Working in a team-oriented environment committed to quality, patient-centered care, and professional growth.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, with additional certifications as required for specific roles.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications within specified periods if coming from a non-qualified background.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and stress management skills.
- Experience or training in specialized areas such as neonatal, pediatric, or fetal monitoring is preferred.
