We are seeking a dedicated RN Acute Care - Medical Telemetry for a full-time night shift position in Roswell, GA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with various medical conditions, utilizing advanced telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include

• Monitoring and interpreting cardiac and vital signs data to detect early signs of patient deterioration
• Administering medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care
• Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records
