PRN - Post-Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team on a PRN basis at Hoeger House, a post-acute care facility located in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will provide essential clinical support to residents, assisting with daily patient care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration under the supervision of healthcare providers.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting patient information accurately
• Supporting interdisciplinary team members in delivering personalized care plans
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation of clinical areas and equipment
• Responding promptly to resident needs and providing compassionate care
