Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care providers, ensuring proper medication administration, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and care conferences in line with policies.
• Use the nursing process to deliver continuous patient care from admission to discharge, monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being daily.
• Assess resident conditions, notify relevant staff of changes, and initiate emergency measures if needed.
• Complete administrative tasks including medical forms, reports, and charting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.
