- Managing patient loads on a 30-bed Medical and 19-bed Surgical unit with 12-hour shifts.
- Current state RN license with a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required for charge RNs.
