- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and monitor critically ill and premature newborns
- Manage ventilators, IV therapies, and administer medications
- Closely observe and record vital signs in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Educate and support families of NICU patients
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Current valid RN license
- Experience in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and family support abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to neonatal patients
- Support family education and involvement in care
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives
