Key Responsibilities
- Assess: Evaluate patients' physical, social, and psychological status by gathering information from patients, families, and team members.
- Plan: Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and healthcare teams, including education and follow-up support.
- Implement: Coordinate and delegate care activities, manage resources efficiently, and ensure care delivery aligns with plans and guidelines.
- Evaluate: Monitor patient responses to interventions, review outcomes, and revise care plans as needed.
- Professionalism: Uphold legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, deliver accurate documentation, and promote nursing development.
- Current RN license in the practice state; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
- Less than 12 months of experience? Obtain a BSN within four years of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
