Role: Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Qualifications and Skills: Nursing licensure with relevant experience in neonatal or critical care. Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment, ventilator management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on family-centered care and continuous professional development.
