We are seeking a registered nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a rural Medsurg unit with diverse diagnoses, from traditional to advanced intermediate care. - Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, recognizing care patterns, administering medications, and responding to critical situations such as CPR.
- Continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Acting as a patient advocate and providing education to support informed decision-making.
- Ensuring safe handling of equipment and patient transfers.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience; intermediate/PCU experience preferred.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
