We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse mental and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities include: providing skilled physical therapy services per physician orders, assessing patient needs, planning and adjusting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
Qualifications: current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist, CPR certification, and a health certificate as required.
Key skills: expertise in restoring mobility, managing pain, preventing disabilities, and experience in Geriatric, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, or Pediatric Physical Therapy is preferred.
