You will monitor progress, adjust treatments, support safe care transitions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and guiding caregivers are also key duties.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should hold a graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or Master's), possess a valid state license, and have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in home health. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
