Physical Therapist | Full-Time

Position Overview: Responsible for coordinating and delivering physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment programs, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote patient health and recovery.

• Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, gather data, create and modify treatment plans, provide direct therapy in various settings, document progress, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical, nursing, and rehabilitation staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education, training, and literature review to enhance skills and stay current in the field.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Active state license as a Physical Therapist, visual acuity, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred 1-3 years of experience.
