We are seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for Oncology Ambulatory Services to provide skilled, compassionate patient- and family-centered care.

- Supporting healthcare teams and patients in both hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
- Providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Participating in ongoing education and training, including eight days of interactive learning annually.
- Supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Maryland Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
- BLS CPR certification from AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform at the highest level of certification and scope of practice.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, with scheduled hours typically from 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm.
- Salary ranges from $18.41 to $27.70 per visit, based on experience and role scope.
