- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs.
- Conduct patient assessments and re-assessments, providing direct patient care.
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on physician orders, test results, and patient progress.
- Set functional goals aligned with patient and family expectations.
- Assist in restoring or developing skills in activities of daily living, work, or productive activities.
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure required.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a practicing OT in healthcare.
