Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, administer innovative therapy programs, and coordinate home evaluations and exercises. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources. Provide training and in-service programs, manage departmental resources and budgets, and ensure compliance with standards and ethics.
Supervisory duties: Oversee assigned staff, conduct performance evaluations, handle hiring and disciplinary actions, and support team development.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and membership in AOTA. Preferably one year in neuro-rehabilitation. Must be able to travel, perform physical tasks, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
This role offers a PRN position supporting the Grand Rapids, MI area, with pay between $50-$60/hour.
