Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution required; advanced degrees (PhD, DSc, OTD) preferred. Current Arizona licensure and BLS certification necessary. Advanced Board Certification is preferred.
Additional Details: This is a part-time, PRN role requiring two weekend shifts every four weeks and rotating holiday shifts. Compensation ranges from $39.86 to $59.84 per hour. No benefits are provided. The position involves working at multiple locations and may include occasional driving.
