- Perform basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake/output.
- Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
- Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain patient rooms and common areas in a clean, stocked, and organized manner.
- Support department operations by managing the tech desk and assisting nursing/physician staff.
- Assist with patient procedures and care within scope, delegated by RN, and as qualified.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to function effectively in stressful environments and take appropriate actions.
