This Respiratory Therapist role involves providing bedside respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients, under the supervision of the Director of Cardio-pulmonary Services.
- Performing basic respiratory treatments such as HHN, IS, CPT, MDI, IPPB, Flutter & EZPAP.
- Participating as a member of the Code and MET teams.
- Using measurement devices like pulse oximeters, Wright's respirometers, blenders, and analyzers.
- Managing CPAP/BiPAP setup, maintenance, and administration.
- Engaging in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Displaying professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy with RRT or CRT credential.
- Registry eligible, certified, or certification eligible.
- Current BLS certification and RI license.
