- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Documenting in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
- Monitoring symptoms and administering medications for relief
- Reporting any refusals or adverse reactions promptly
- Conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
- Transcribing physician orders and supporting care plan updates
- Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance standards
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
