LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered home health care in Gastonia, NC. The role involves delivering 1:1 care, administering medications, oxygen, and other treatments according to the plan of care, and accurately documenting all nursing actions and patient progress. The LPN will coordinate supplies, communicate with families and healthcare providers, and ensure patient needs are met while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LPT/LVN license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance
• CPR certification
• Preferred: 1 years of nursing and home health experience
