You will supervise staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of recent LTC RN experience
- Valid RN license and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required tasks and work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in reading, writing, PC skills, and following instructions
- Assess and monitor resident health status
- Develop and update personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, including wound care and IV therapy
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate tasks appropriately
- Educate residents and families on health management
- Document care activities and resident progress
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with healthcare professionals
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
