What are the responsibilities and job description for the Locums CRNA position at Northshore Home Health Care?
We are seeking Locum CRNAs to provide ongoing coverage near West Petersburg, VA.
Responsibilities include: administering anesthesia across various case types such as general, ortho, OB, and pediatrics, with supervision from MDs at a ratio of 1 to 4.
Qualifications: Board certification or fellowship required; VA license preferred but candidates needing to obtain a license are accepted.
Key duties: managing anesthesia in an 8-room facility using Epic charting system, working flexible shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours), with possible holiday coverage. OT is offered but not expected.
Compensation & Benefits: competitive hourly pay, housing, car rental, mileage, parking, tolls, baggage fees, and comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Additional info: credentialing takes approximately 90 days; referral bonuses are available for successful hires.
