Responsibilities
As an LVN, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination and testing initiatives, and accurately document all care activities. You will collaborate closely with a clinical team to implement and follow individualized care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Active Texas LVN/LPN license
At least 2 years' experience in acute care, long-term care, public health, or clinical settings
Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is advantageous
CPR (AHA), valid photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 vaccination proof if applicable
Must successfully pass drug screening, background checks, and FBI fingerprinting
