Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home health care, providing full-shift care to local clients with various diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia, cancer, and post-surgery recovery. Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one patient care during full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- Manage and monitor patients' health conditions and recovery
- Collaborate with clients and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, valid nursing license in good standing
- Strong communication and compassionate care skills
