We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Clinic team at a correctional facility.
Under the supervision of physicians and clinic managers, the LPN provides patient assistance, performs designated procedures, and supports clinical staff through education, training, and quality control.

Qualifications
- Valid LPN license within 120 days of hire, maintained throughout employment
- BLS certification from AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training
- Experience in medical office patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of clinical standards, medical equipment, and documentation
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork skills
- Ability to administer injections, use computers, and assess patients appropriately
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform related tasks
- Assist physicians with patient visits, procedures, and documentation
- Provide patient education and support safety and quality initiatives
- Maintain a professional, compassionate demeanor in a correctional environment
- Moderate noise with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and laboratory reagents
- Physical demands include extensive standing, walking, and lifting
- Occasional exposure to unpleasant patient elements and equipment hazards
