Behavior Technician Responsibilities Include
Maintain professionalism, implement behavior strategies, and collaborate with the team using energy and creativity.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities Include
- Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by Clinical Managers or BCBA
- Applying ABA techniques such as behavior management, discrete trial training, and social skills development
- Recording accurate session data and tracking client progress
- Following clinical guidelines and collaborating with team members
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and families
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma required; degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- RBT certification preferred (training provided), must obtain prior to working independently
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally in diverse settings
- Patience, calmness, and adaptability in challenging situations
- Physical ability to move throughout sessions and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation is required
