Key Responsibilities
- Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patient care, including ordering and interpreting tests.
- Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve health outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient/family education.
- Refer to specialty services and adjust care plans as needed.
- Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and adherence to core values of integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence.
- Master’s or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted NP license in the U.S.
- Board certification in Family, Adult, or Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from a recognized certifying body.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to perform assessments and related duties.
