Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift

Days/Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 11:30AM - 8:00PM
Saturdays: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Days Off Work: Sun and Fri
NorthShore Care Supply, a fast-growing medical supply company in Libertyville/Green Oaks, is seeking to add a new Customer Service Rep to our team. We're looking for a versatile candidates skilled at assisting customers over the phone as well as entering orders into computer. Responsibilities include direct customer phone, e-mail, and LiveChat support, order entry, and other general duties as assigned.
A positive attitude is a must along with strong communication and computer skills. Must be detail oriented, convey trust and confidence on the phone, and be a good listener to better understand customer's needs. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, and be willing to assist others in any aspect of company operations. Strict requirements for top-notch general PC/Windows skills (including Word and advanced Excel), internet skills, and typing of at least 60 wpm. Previous experience with medical billing, inside sales and college education is desired but not required. Previous experience with databases (Access, SQL) and bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Must be able to work days/hours listed above.
