• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s = bonus points)
• 10 years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred)
• Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations
• Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics
• Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say “Wow”
• Sharp eye for detail strategic mindset proactive problem-solving superpowers
• Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

Senior Business Analyst- $120,000 to $130,000 anually
