💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the go-to expert who keeps our mortgage and HELOC accounts running smoothly.

On any given day, you might:

• Assist members with mortgage and HELOC questions over the phone
• Respond to email inquiries and help resolve account issues
• Process loan payments, transactions, and account adjustments
• Manage escrow accounts for taxes and insurance
• Review reports and monitor mortgage portfolios
• Process loan documentation such as payoffs, reconveyances, and subordinations
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Ensure accounts and processes stay compliant with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and support members
• Help with audits, reports, and daily balancing

In short, you’ll help make sure everything behind the scenes of our mortgage servicing process runs accurately, efficiently, and smoothly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in mortgage loan servicing
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of loan servicing documentation and regulations
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and core banking systems

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative - $23.23/hr to $30.00/hr
