The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll support high-impact operational initiatives, client service deliverables, and digital account opening processes that influence company operations and planning advice. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for accuracy, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Advisors and Client Service Associates to deliver high-quality client service and operational support
- Prepare, review, and deliver accurate client meeting materials in a timely manner
- Facilitate digital account openings and support onboarding initiatives for new clients
- Maintain and update client portfolio data, including integration of external account information
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of client statements, reports, and related deliverables
- Manage user accounts, workflows, dashboards, and administrative functions across core technology platforms
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to identify and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Monitor industry trends, innovation opportunities, and best practices to enhance team capabilities
- Support and co-lead internal training sessions focused on technology adoption and cross-functional skill development
- Troubleshoot operational and technology-related issues, proposing scalable solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or relevant equivalent experience
- Prior experience in operations within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong overall technical aptitude
- Experience with or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Emotional maturity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility with hours, including overtime during high-demand periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $27.87 – $33.25 per hour. Hourly rates are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
