We are seeking reliable, flexible, and dedicated Permanent Substitute Teachers to support our K-12 classrooms. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- deliver instruction and manage classrooms across various grade levels (K-12) and subject areas as assigned
- follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
- maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
- adapt to different classroom settings and student needs throughout the school day
- communicate effectively with school staff and administration
- uphold school policies and procedures at all times
Job Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- valid New York State (NYS) Teaching Certification (required)
- certification may be in any subject area or grade level (K–12)
- must be available Monday through Friday
- strong classroom management and communication skills
- ability to be flexible and responsive in a dynamic school environment
- prior teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred
