Job Title: Office Administrator
Position Summary
The Office Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally. This role assists with communication, organization, record keeping, and day-to-day administrative tasks while supporting staff and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, or calendars
- Prepare, organize, and distribute billing and invoicing as assigned
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with mail processing (incoming and outgoing)
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and reliability
Work Environment
- Office setting with routine computer and phone use
- May require standing/sitting for extended periods
- Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)
Schedule
- Part-time
- 9:00 – 4:30 3-4 days per week

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
