- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, greeting visitors, and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using tools like Deltek ComputerEase, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic payroll functions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to uphold organizational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
- Assist with office supply inventory management and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
