Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Second Shift Manager to oversee operations during the afternoon and evening hours at our Kingsley location. The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills, experience in food service or grocery environments, and a passion for supporting and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate second shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards
- Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in food service or retail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive work culture
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
