- Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide patient counseling
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medications
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions
- Stay current with new medications and pharmacy best practices
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Current and valid pharmacist license in the state
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
