Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- This frontline position is crucial in creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience for NSB customers; a successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- The Senior Community Banker will be responsible for receiving and processing financial transactions as well as maintaining customer accounts and services.
- The Senior Community Banker will be proficient in advanced banking transactions and have the ability to guide customers through the consumer loan process
- This position will also be influential within the branch environment and assist with managing daily branch operations and mentoring Community Bankers
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
- 3-5 years of branch experience is required
