In this role, you will:

• Lead day-to-day branch operations while driving performance and accountability

• Grow deposits and lending through proactive business development

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of branch leadership or supervisory experience, or
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or
• Equivalent banking experience demonstrating readiness for leadership

⭐ Compensation

Base salary range at hire (dependent on experience): $66,560 – $74,360 annually
