Northern View Construction is seeking a dependable, skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial construction, can read plans, safely use hand and power tools, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and drywall backing
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous carpentry or construction experience of 2 years
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Someone who can travel 50%-75% of the time.
- Finish or custom carpentry experience is a big plus
