What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Dentist position at Northern VA Family Dental Group?
Established well respected dental practice is seeking to add General Dentist to our collaborative team. The ideal candidate would be friendly, intelligent, fast, independent, and have excellent bedside manner, communication, and problem solving skills. Must know the work flow and work efficiency. Management skill is a plus.
We take a conservative approach to treatment planning and prioritize building long-term relationships with our patients, caring for them as we would our own families.
Procedures:
Preventive care (prophylaxis), periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), restorative treatments (composite resin fillings), white ceramic crowns, extractions, depending on clinical experience.
Compensation:
Daily earnings typically range from $600–$750 or 30% of collections, whichever is higher, calculated monthly.
Qualification:
2 years of working experience.
