Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality supervision or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proven experience with quality control tools and methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Management such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience working within the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced quality data analysis techniques.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with complex quality requirements.
- Proficiency with quality management software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation in alignment with NSI standards.
- Lead and mentor quality control staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.
