This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC/Plumbing Service Technician at NPI. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery in the Manchester, NH area.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing systems maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plus
- Clean driving record
- Plumbing license
- Backflow certification a plus
