ABOUT DENRON HALL
Denron Hall is one of New Hampshire's largest mechanical contractors, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal for large-scale commercial, multifamily and institutional projects across New England. We’ve built our reputation on doing the work right and taking care of the people who do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Denron Hall – is searching for a HVAC Production Supervisor to lead field operations across multiple multi-residential and commercial job sites. Your job is to make sure every foreman on your roster has the plan, the manpower, and the resources to execute – and to hold the standard when they don’t.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Run daily foreman check-ins — get yesterday's production number, today's obstacle, and what they need from you. Multi-site means multiple calls before 8am, every day
· Walk your sites personally — not to hover, but to see what a foreman hasn't told you yet. Every site gets eyes on the ground at least once a week; your highest-risk site gets more.
· Own the crane and rigging calendar across all active sites — no pick happens without a lift plan reviewed by you, no exceptions.
· Be the field voice in weekly PM meetings — know your labor hours vs. budget cold, flag your own schedule slips before the PM does, and own your recovery plan.
· Make field calls the same day — when equipment arrives wrong or a sequence goes sideways, your foremen get an answer before end of day. You decide and move.
· Review mechanical drawings and submittals for constructability; represent the field in coordination meetings.
· Know your bench — track who's ready to step up, which foremen need development, and who you're bringing in when a site scales. You build the crew depth that keeps the division growing.
WHAT YOU BRING
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license; ability to travel daily across NH, MA, and ME
· 6 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
· Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, VAV systems, VRF systems
· Comfortable with general knowledge of BAS/controls rough-in and startup oversight
· Strong blueprint reading, submittal review, and RFI management skills
· Strong leadership and team-building skills — you'll be supervising foremen and developing crews
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal — you'll interact with GCs, the Production team, and ownership
· Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and drive work through to completion
· OSHA 10 Certification (we'll sponsor if needed)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Prolonged periods of computer work in the office
· Construction site visits which require standing, walking, climbing
· Ability to access job sites via stairs, ladders, uneven terrain, confined spaces
· Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed during site visits
· Pass a pre-employment physical
· Comfortable working in all weather conditions during site visits

· Health/Dental/Vision insurance
· Paid vacation, paid holidays (eligible after 90 days)
· 401(k) with generous company match
· Company-paid short-term and long-term disability
· Career advancement — many of our supervisors and PMs came up from the field
