Available Shifts & Scheduling:
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
FT: 7A-7P
PT: 7A-7P
We offer structured scheduling with flexibility, allowing you to maintain consistency while still having the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care across long-term care, rehab, and specialty populations
- Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, therapy, and leadership
- Support resident-centered care and quality outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented nursing culture
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to commute to Warsaw, VA
