Located in the heart of Warsaw, our community offers a full continuum of care including short-term rehab, skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living.
Under new ownership, we’ve made clinical and operational improvements to create a more structured, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Available Shifts & Scheduling
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions across all three shifts (7–3, 3–11, 11–7).
We offer structured scheduling with flexibility, allowing you to maintain consistency while still having the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as desired.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper equipment
- Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Provide care for residents with dementia and memory care needs
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols at all times
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Virginia
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to safely assist with resident mobility and physical care needs
