Wage Range: 23.00 - 24.00 per hour
General Description of Benefits: 2ND SHIFT - 2pm-5pm Start. Workweek: Monday through Friday Shift length: 10–12 hour shifts Pay rate: $24-25 per hour (based on experience) Overtime policy: Straight pay after 40 hours (no time-and-a-half) Weekly hours: Approximately 50–55 hours per week

Job Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A)
- Clean or acceptable driving record (MVR check)
- Must comply with FMCSA/DOT regulations (hours of service, logbooks, etc.)
- Previous truck driving experience (often preferred, NOT required)
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and defensive driving
- Ability to load, secure, and inspect cargo
- Basic ability to use GPS/navigation and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet delivery schedules
- Ability to lift moderate weight (for tarping, securing freight, etc.)
- Good communication skills with dispatch and customers
- Willingness to work long hours, early mornings, or flexible routes depending on freight needs
