Summary :
The Lead Operator will support the Director, Clinical Operations as they relate to operations within Telecom Operator Services and all the necessary functions to meet the department service obligations including but not limited too; Staff Scheduling, maintenance of department policies, procedures, protocols, department and practice manager relations, data mining and reporting, maintenance of call lists, assistance in evaluations and assessmenet, staff accountability and discipline management, and quality control and maintenance.

Must possess leadership skills - ability to receive and convey information in a clear and concise manner; ability to maintain a calm demeanor during crisis situations, Ability to follow clear direction in the form of protocols & procedures, and document these events; flexibility, and strong clinical skills, organizational & teaching skills - ability to work with staff, providers, managers to support answering service & Telecom operations at NL EMMC, primary & specialty practices within Northern Light Health, and additional services as provided for Northern Light Health. ; must have clear and pleasant voice; ability to maintain mental concentration Demonstrated Supervisory experience preferred.Must possess leadership skills, flexibility, and strong clinical skills, organizational & teaching skills - ability to work with staff, providers, managers to support answering service & Telecom operations at NL EMMC, primary & specialty practices within Northern Light Health, and additional services as provided for Nothern Light Health. Demonstrated Supervisory experience preferred.
