Bilingual Construction Operations Coordinator / Administrative
Assistant
Growing construction and remodeling company seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individual
to assist with daily operations and project coordination. Responsibilities include:
• Invoicing and project paperwork
• Organizing receipts/documents for bookkeeping
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Assisting with Buildertrend software management
• Scheduling and project follow-up
• Maintaining organized systems and communication
• Occasionally visiting job sites if needed
Requirements:
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Construction or construction management background preferred
• Computer and software savvy
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
Schedule:
Flexible schedule; however, candidate should have availability for afternoon/evening coordination hours several days
per week (approximately 3 PM–7 PM or 3 PM–8 PM as needed).
Part-time to start with potential full-time opportunity.
