At Northern Jet, the Concierge Services Representative plays a key role in delivering the elevated, personalized experience our clients expect. As the first point of contact for both departing and arriving guests, this role is responsible for anticipating client needs and providing seamless, high-end service throughout the ground portion of their journey. This position also supports internal departments with administrative tasks and coordinates critical hospitality functions with discretion, professionalism, and poise.
This is a part-time position covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday based in our Grand Rapids, Michigan location.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring every client is acknowledged and assisted promptly.
- Provide luxury-level service, including reservations, recommendations, personal requests, and updates on travel-related information such as weather or itinerary changes.
- Coordinate and manage customer vehicle key processing with accuracy, ensuring timely returns aligned with flight schedules.
- Maintain the Aircraft Stock Program by sourcing, ordering, inventory tracking, and ensuring onboard stock meets brand standards and special requests.
- Act as an information hub for guests needing assistance and ensure all hospitality and service expectations are exceeded.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Flight Operations, and Human Resources with various administrative functions including expense reports, mailings, and collateral distribution.
- Maintain a current event calendar and communicate relevant local happenings to guests and crew.
- Order and manage office supplies, assist with scheduling tours, and coordinate shipping and receiving as needed.
- Ensure a clean, well-maintained client lounge and work area to reflect the high standards of the Northern Jet brand.
- Perform additional tasks and special assignments as required to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
