Northern Illusion LLC is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Store Manager to work directly alongside our General
Manager at our flagship Saint Paul retail storefront. As Store Manager, this individual will focus on floor management,
daily customer and team support, sales execution, and hands-on compliance oversight to ensure our dispensary runs
smoothly every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Frontline Floor Leadership & Team Support

Work directly under the General Manager to supervise day-to-day sales floor operations and budtender activities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere for both staff members and customers.
Provide real-time coaching, ongoing staff guidance, and help resolve operational bottlenecks during shifts.
2. Daily Store Operations & Customer Experience
•
Oversee shift opening and closing workflows, register reconciliation, and cash handling procedures.
•
Ensure the retail showroom, intake desk, and displays remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and compliant.
•
Engage directly with customers to provide elevated product education and handle escalations with care and
professionalism.

Enforce strict compliance with MN Statute Chapter 342OCM Chapter 9810•
Assist with daily/weekly inventory audits, batch tracking, and Metrc inventory logs alongside the GM.
